1 Year’s stitches – Days 19 + 20

Day 19 – I added Satin stitch peaks with a variegated crochet thread…  and added more Pistil stitches to the petals of the flower on the right.  I like it better now.

 

Day 20 – Herringbone Square is a stitch in it’s own right.  You will find the link shows a second stitch that works as a combination.  Tomorrow I will make the second part and post it.

  1. Herringbone square is intriguing – don’t think I’ve seen that one before.

  2. The flowers look lush with all those yellow pistil petals.
