Pincushion – sides

The 4 sides of the pincushion are now completed.  The next step will be to stitch it into a box shape and fill with wadding.  I will use the lighter green to stitch it together, to match the outer Long-arm cross stitch border.

  1. Love it Maureen 🙂 ×💕😊💕

    • Thanks Barbara – I hope you find your pincushion to display.

  2. I really like that side pattern. The half XS looks super, doesn’t it? You are practically finished!

    • Thanks Susan, I feel the edge border adds something to the overall pattern. Wonder how it will look when angled.

  3. Looking good Maureen. You wanna come up north and finish some projects for me??

    • I’d be in that, except for the better weather down here. Why not come South and bring the UFOs

      • Sam won’t let me!

  4. Wonderful Maureen, really beautiful! I know you are proud of yourelf for finishing..i hope you are going to keep it! KTJ

  5. I admire your perfect work!

  6. Marvelous, on to the finish line.

  7. I love the pincushion..is the pattern available…colors are beautiful

    • Thanks Cathy! I rearranged the thread colours to my own liking.

I imagine the pattern would still be available.

  8. It’s beautiful. Love the pattern and you’ve done a wonderful job Maureen. Have you changed any stitches or just followed the original chart?

    • I changed one stitch. Inner green border from Long-arm cross to Rice stitch, and some of the patterns are in different areas.
