Tast 3 – Week 25, Cable Chain

I used DMC threads for the first example.  3 stands on the 2 left rows and 2 strands for the 4 on the right.

The border was stitched with green metallic and I found that very easy to use.

The seam on a CQJP block, has the Cable chain stitched with 2 strands of Cottage Garden thread, called Maple.

I added 2mm silk ribbon and beads
