Herrschner pattern in SRE

Sharon blogged freebie patterns yesterday from the 1907 Herrschner Catalogue which is now out of print.

I couldn’t resist trying one in silk ribbon.

Pity I did not follow advice from others and myself about using the wrong pen for marking transfers.  Too eager to start, and when I tried to remove the marks they bled.  Never mind, I intend doing it again as it also a bit wonky.

The next pattern will use Kiko’s Flower stitch(TAST2 week 37) for the leaves.
