TAST 2 Weeks 17 and 18

Slow again to get my examples posted, due to computer problems this time.

I would rather stitch  than rely on  a computer.

Here are Weeks 17  Sword stitch and 18 Wave stitch.   Though I did try several times to do something positive with the Sword stitch I was disappointed with it.  I will try further with different threads.


There are two versions of the Wave stitch, from a book by Mildred Graves Ryan.  The top is the Closed version and the lower the Open one.  Either way makes a good, easy filling stitch, which I’ll use in CQ.

  1. I like your sword stitch example as filling stitch. Using different colours for filing is a great idea.
