I saw that Julia had a tutorial for making Thimble Pouches and decided to try to make one. It took a while to remember how to actually crochet as I had forgotten. Once I had the method worked out I had no bother at all as the instructions are easy to follow. I ended up making 5 pouches, three of which are finished. What do you think of them?

so glad I found you – and I love the thimble pouches. I was looking at Jo in NZ, and then clicked on you. I am your age – but have been doing what I do for 45 years – soooo fine to have something wonderful to do post “retirement” (whatever that is) CQ is a wonderful inspiration for my own work – needlepoint design. I’ll put you on my fav’s to look at often.
